WHAT AND HOW?

The environmental processes followed for permitting and gaining licenses are:

• Basic Assessments (Click here for Process Description)
  Depending on the scale and type of development, you may need to apply for a Basic Assessment (BA). This will take between 6 and 9 months to complete according to Government prescribed time frames
• Environmental Impact Assessments (Click here for Process Description)
  Depending on the scale and type of development, your project may require a full EIA. This will take from 12 to 18 months to complete according to prescribed Government time frames.
• Integrated Water Use Licenses
• Air Quality Emissions Licenses
